Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10989509 CANADA CORP. (GAS PLUS). As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
- Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with store staff, management, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
