Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10989509 CANADA CORP. (GAS PLUS). As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for retail.
