As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective processing of daily body shop throughput
* Ensure quality control of all vehicles being repaired
* Work with the CSR and Shop Manager to set scheduling and hiring requirements
* Assist the repair planner as necessary to ensure a smooth collision repair process
* Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years auto body experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in leadership position
* Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
* Proficient use of computers
* Valid driver's license
