    • Oversee the quality of repairs to ensure they meet company standards
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling and resource allocation
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the auto body industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Red Seal license
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Knowledge of industry-standard repair procedures
