Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our body shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily body shop operations, managing the production team for Collision Repair and Painting.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control for all repairs, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the CSR and Shop Manager on scheduling and hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Process Improvement: Support the repair planner and other management tasks, contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of auto body experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skillset: Ability to multitask effectively, proficiency in computer usage, and a valid driver's license.
  • Certification: Red Seal license (preferred).
