We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join our team as a Simulator and Ground School Instructor at CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients, utilizing our state-of-the-art simulator and ground school facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for our clients, focusing on the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger)
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to our clients, ensuring they meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our training programs, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of our clients' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to our training programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hold an unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-crew experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
  • Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
  • Bilingual preferred (English/French)
  • Must be authorized to live/work in Canada
