We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join our team as a Simulator and Ground School Instructor at CAE Civil Aviation Training Solutions Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients, utilizing our state-of-the-art simulator and ground school facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for our clients, focusing on the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger)
- Provide expert instruction and guidance to our clients, ensuring they meet the required standards
- Collaborate with our team to develop and maintain our training programs, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of our clients' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to our training programs

Minimum Qualifications:
- Hold an unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and must be able to obtain FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance)
- Minimum of 1500 hours of multi-crew experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Bilingual preferred (English/French)
- Must be authorized to live/work in Canada
