Job Summary

The Flight Instructor will perform ground and flight instruction, ensuring the timely delivery of the training program, safety standards, and professional training quality. This role requires a strong aviation background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an international team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct flight training for students in both airplanes and simulators, including pre- and post-flight briefings
  • Complete training records and grading within an appropriate system
  • Participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required
  • Perform duties as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor as needed

Requirements

  • Degree from a specialized trade or technical school
  • Profound job-related experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner
  • Teaching experience within a large, professional flight academy
  • Preferably military aviation background
  • Excellent English skills
  • Must hold the following licenses: EASA Part-MED, EASA Commercial Pilot License, EASA PBN approval, and EASA Flight Instructor rating
  • Minimum flight hours: 1500, including 500 IFR hours and 500 ME hours
