Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to join our team in South Western Ontario. As a key member of our management services team, you will be responsible for providing property management services to our clients, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide property management services to clients in accordance with management agreements and provincial guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Support and maintain company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
- Maintain a current knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong financial management skills to meet client expectations.
- Create, manage, and supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.
- Valid Condo Management license and a track record of excellence and leadership.
- Desire to advance and grow career in the industry through a disciplined progression of responsibilities.
- 2+ years of experience in condo management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable using web apps.
- Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset.
- Comprehensive health, medical, and dental benefits package.
- Paid personal time off.
