Job Title: Slot Technician - Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our slot machines, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry
Requirements:
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, such as electronics or maintenance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
