Slot Machine Technician

We are seeking a skilled Slot Machine Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Slot Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our slot machines, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service to our patrons, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the gaming industry, applying this knowledge to improve our operations and services.
Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent, with a background in electronics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Slot Operations, Electronics, or related area.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
