Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Osmow's. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
