Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and train staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Cost Control: Manage labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality management.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
