Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining the physical condition of the property, including the grounds. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance systems and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
- Conduct daily visual inspections of mechanical, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
- Respond to and address maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with provincial and municipal regulations.
- Supervise service providers and contractors, and oversee the quality of work performed.
Requirements
- Background in residential property management or related business experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and aptitude for mechanical systems.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
