At Prime Quadrant, we seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Wealth Management Associate - Investment Advisory. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Senior Consultants and Associate Consultants in providing exceptional client service, administration, and investment introductions.

The successful candidate will possess a strong client service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will also have a high degree of accuracy, organization, and a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will participate in various tasks, including preparing materials for client meetings, assisting with inquiries from clients and third parties, scheduling and tracking client meetings, and liaising with client families and their financial institutions.

You will also maintain up-to-date records in the firm's client reporting and relationship management database, prepare and reconcile client reports using internal and external sources, and coordinate with internal team members to ensure all client reporting data is accurate.

Additionally, you will liaise with clients to educate and answer investment-related questions, provide clients with information and analyses on proposed investments in coordination with Prime Quadrant's Investment Team, and ensure all trades are executed accurately and promptly.

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per annum, with a performance-based bonus structure. You will also be entitled to receive awards under the firm's Key Exemplary Employees Plan, health benefits via participation in the firm's health spending account, up to $1,000 per annum relevant continuing education expense, career advancement with demonstrated performance, and 3 weeks' vacation per annum.
