Job Description

We are looking for an Advisor's Associate to join our team. This is a full-time on site role that requires strong administrative skills along with familiarity of all core aspects of wealth management and investment account types. We are looking for people who are driven, committed and who are passionate about what they do. You need to be extremely detail oriented and organized.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Advisor teams, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses to requests.
  • Manage client onboarding, including preparing paperwork, setting up accounts, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources ensuring consistency.
  • Following up and reporting on missing documentation/information.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and assist with special projects as assigned.


Job Requirements

Must-have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' of applicable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of various investment types and investment accounts
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work in person full-time

Nice-to-have:

  • Completion or working towards the completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation
