About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at HY'S AMERICAN STEAKHOUSE LTD. GOTHAM STEAKHOUSE & COCKTAIL B. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
