Moxies Polo Park is seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE THE ACTIVITIES OF STAFF WHO PREPARE AND PORTION FOOD, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Hire and train new staff members to enhance our culinary team's capabilities.
  • Prepare detailed food order summaries for our chef, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a college diploma or equivalent, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a client-focused mindset, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
