Job Title: Montessori Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Montessori teacher to join our team at Atlantic Montessori School, Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings to local points of interest.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs and keeping records.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
Requirements:
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate.
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • 5 years or more of experience in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
