As a Senior Publishing Producer at Amazon Games in the Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of gaming. With a passion for games and a proven track record in scheduling teams, managing external partners, and supporting live service products, you will be responsible for creating and managing production processes, implementing approval and review processes, and using data to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules.

We are seeking a self-starter who can work alone or as a member of a team, with excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and interface with all levels within the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate in game development while working alongside some of the smartest and most creative minds in the industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage production processes, including establishing milestones, tracking progress, and managing risk with multiple contributors
  • Implement approval and review processes to ensure buy-in from product leadership, marketing leadership, and Amazon Games executive leadership
  • Use data and current tasks status to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules across the full portfolio of titles in live operations
