About the Role

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team at our Distribution Center in Leamington, ON. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting the company by recruiting top talent for our Distribution Center, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes. This will involve preparing paperwork, scheduling, and coordinating with departments to deliver exceptional first-day experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for General Labourers through to Supervisors.
  • Onboarding processes, including paperwork, scheduling, and coordination with departments.
  • Record-keeping and documentation of candidate applications, statuses, and outcomes.
  • Compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Candidate inquiries and promoting the company's reputation.
  • Collaboration with the Health & Safety team.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of successful high-volume recruiting experience.
  • A high degree of confidentiality with regards to all employee and company-related matters.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Strong reading, writing, oral communication, and effective listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain respectful and professional relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
