Job Description

Nature Fresh Farms is a leading greenhouse company based in Leamington, Ontario, with facilities in multiple locations across North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team at our Distribution Center in Leamington, ON. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company by recruiting top talent for our Distribution Center, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes. This will involve preparing paperwork, scheduling, and coordinating with departments to deliver exceptional first-day experiences. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate applications, statuses, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for General Labourers through to Supervisors.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by preparing paperwork, scheduling, and coordinating with departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate applications, statuses, and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and promote the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety team on various initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of successful high-volume recruiting experience.
  • A high degree of confidentiality with regards to all employee and company-related matters.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Strong reading, writing, oral communication, and effective listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain respectful and professional relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
