Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jaura Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Hire and train staff, or arrange for their training.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail are essential for this role.
