Culinary Leadership Expert for Crescent Hotels

The Varscona and Metterra Hotels on Whyte are looking for a talented individual to join their culinary team. You will be responsible for creating innovative menus, recipes, and specials in the hotel's restaurant, catering, and food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new menu ideas to drive guest satisfaction
- Lead and guide a team of chefs to ensure seamless execution of culinary operations
- Collaborate with sales, catering, and banquet leaders to deliver exceptional events and meetings
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Team to drive business growth and success. As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and make decisions that impact the overall performance of the culinary team.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menu strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, discounts at our properties, and opportunities for professional development.
