About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Presotea Metrotown. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and sandwiches, to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that all food items are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of food quantities used, sales data, and customer feedback to help us improve our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job is essential.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 30-40 hours per week is necessary.
