About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and positive individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at Top Wok Dim Sum Express Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep records of food quantities used to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
