About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team at Xiingo. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Execute full lifecycle software development, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in software development, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
