About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Alpine Irrigation. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing other tasks related to lawn care and gardening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as raking, collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, as needed.
Work Environment and Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in various locations, including outdoor settings. The work term is seasonal, with a typical 40-hour workweek.
