Job Overview

About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and meet client expectations.
- Utilize knowledge of Olympia products and services to identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and promote cross-selling initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update accounts as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration, management, or related field is an asset.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or financial industry environment is preferred.
- Bilingual (French and English) communication skills are essential.
- Intermediate level understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications is an asset.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
