**Activity Coordinator Position at ILSC Education Group**

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activity Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work with teenagers in a camp or extra-curricular activity environment, creating a fun, engaging and culturally enriching experience for students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students during assigned activities and groups, ensuring their health and safety, welfare and discipline at all times. They will also be required to greet students upon their arrival at the airport, assist with Student Orientation, and attend daily staff meetings.

This is a full-time position working on-site at ILSC Vancouver, with some pre-program staff training taking place before the start of the Winter Camp period. The schedule will consist of regular working hours, with occasional irregular hours due to the nature of the work.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with teenagers, preferably in a camp or extra-curricular activity environment. Background in winter sports and social media is also an asset. Enthusiasm, energy, and motivational skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet students upon arrival at the airport and connect them with the driver assigned to bring them to their homestay
  • Assist with Student Orientation, leading initial 'getting to know you' activities and assisting students with public transit cards and SIM cards
  • Supervise students during assigned activities and groups, ensuring their health and safety, welfare and discipline at all times
  • Attend daily staff meetings to review the day's activities and plan for the following day
