Responsibilities- Assess patients and collect information from various sources to determine the best course of action.
- Collaborate with patients and their families/caregivers to develop a care plan that meets their unique needs.
- Participate in the care and discharge planning process for patients on admission.
- Coordinate nursing care for patients and prioritize tasks to ensure effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Completion of the applicable post graduate specialty nursing course/program and/or willingness to complete the applicable post graduate specialty nursing courses/program.
Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
