About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Galaxy Trading & Contracting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales decisions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process transactions, and perform data entry tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Galaxy Trading & Contracting, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude, be proactive, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
