HR Business Partner Job Summary

We are growing, and searching for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Canada

The HR Business Partner will report directly to the VP, Human Resources and work closely with Canadian employees, front-line managers as well as corporate US leadership to provide strategic HR support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to Canadian employees and front-line managers
  • Work closely with corporate US leadership to align HR strategies
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Strong HR generalist background with experience in business partnering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
