Arc'teryx Limited is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our global sustainability strategy. As our next Chief Sustainability Officer, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing a comprehensive plan that amplifies our positive impact while navigating the complexities of our expanding organization.

This pivotal role demands a senior-most Sustainability leader with 15+ years' experience in leading brand sustainability programs. You must possess a deep understanding of environmental impacts, chemical, materials, and product environmental impacts, and stay abreast of new research through ongoing learning.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of complex project management, coordinating multi-stakeholder interests, and cross-functional teams. They will set a clear vision, align the team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives.

In this position, you will lead a high-performing sustainability leadership team, collaborating with Arc'teryx senior leadership to seamlessly integrate sustainability into our organizational strategy. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with the ability to make decisions and take calculated risks, remaining highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity. Your passion for sustainability should be paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation package for this role is $216,000 - $270,000 per annum, commensurate with factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. Within the range, individual pay will be determined based on performance.
