About the Job

We are seeking an Automotive Tire Installation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing various types of tires
  • Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
  • Rotating tires to ensure proper wear
  • Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
  • Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintaining tire service equipment
  • Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  • Understanding and adhering to safe operating procedures for all equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of related tire experience
  • Automotive experience
  • The ability to maintain a valid driver's license
  • A satisfactory Driver's Abstract
  • Excellent customer-service skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to consistently lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

  • Tire-related experience
  • Mechanical understanding
  • Teamwork skills
