About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and efficiency.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials in a manner that meets our high standards.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with care and attention to environmental concerns.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction with a focus on maintenance and upkeep.
Construction Specialization

We work on a variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, and institutional, as well as residential construction.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on physical demands and repetitive tasks.

Own Tools/Equipment

You will be required to provide your own steel-toed safety boots and hard hat.

Workplace Information

This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
