Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Work in various construction specializations, including industrial, commercial, and institutional, as well as residential.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
  • Work Conditions: On the road job, 40 hours per week, and work term: permanent.
