Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer and Helper to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and a hard hat.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Experience is an asset
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and team player
