- Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and develop a team of high-quality Senior Regional Managers by recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
- Support and recognize Senior Regional Managers in their personal and professional development.
- Client Experience and Operational Excellence
- Lead and ensure Financial Planners promote a positive client experience at every client interaction.
- Ensure Senior Regional Managers and Financial Planners understand and adhere to the appropriate operating policies, procedures, and controls.
- Community and Business Partnerships
- Establish a strong and productive relationship with TDCT, Wealth, and other business partners to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize referral business, and drive results.
- Actively raise the profile of TD Wealth Management within the community by leading and participating in community and client events.
- Education and Certifications
- University or post-graduate degree.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Intuit Quebecois de Planification Financière (IQPF) considered an asset.
- Skills and Experience
- Proven sales management and leadership experience.
- Results-driven, highly motivated individual with a track record of taking on new challenges and delivering superior results.
- Embraces change and recognized as a champion for continuous improvement.
- Outstanding people management, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build for the future by attracting and developing the very best people.
- Strong communicator, with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
