Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and business services functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior executive role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work at our physical location and will not have the option to work remotely.
