About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our Van Houtte Coffee Services division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the Coquitlam, BC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities.
- Present business proposals to customers, outlining the benefits and added value of our company.
- Closing sales and ensuring proper execution of transactions.
- Meet with customers in the field to assess their satisfaction and make changes to their account to grow their territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales service.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of the coffee industry and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with a good team player attitude.
