Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services to clients, including auditing, assessing, and documenting their IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures, along with making improvement recommendations.
- Identify clients' IT needs and design suitable on-premises and/or cloud-based solutions.
- Develop technical solutions, Bill of Materials, and Statements of Work for client proposals.
- Oversee and conduct Quality Assurance assessments for clients.
- Mentor technical staff and provide escalation support.
- Deliver remote and on-site support for clients' IT systems.
- Design, implement, troubleshoot, maintain, and support client network infrastructure.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in designing, implementing, and documenting on-premises and/or cloud-based IT solutions.
- Exhibit strong networking skills (e.g., Cisco) to design, implement, troubleshoot, maintain, and support client network infrastructure.
- Possess strong planning, organizing, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate technical solutions in a manner that clients and prospects can easily understand and relate to.
- Be a flexible and adaptable team player focused on delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
- Hold Cloud Certification – Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Administrator/Azure Architect).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Intune, SharePoint, Teams).
- Preferred qualifications include a technical diploma or degree and Cyber Security designation.
- Experience with Windows server operating systems – 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 suite of technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Server and Windows desktop operating systems – Windows 7/8/10.
- Understanding of networking protocols and equipment (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP routers, firewalls, switches (layer 2 & 3), VLANs, etc.).
- Familiarity with IaaS virtualized cloud servers, networks, and firewalls.
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management platforms (e.g., SolarWinds N-Central) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems (e.g., Autotask).
