Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
