Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high-performing team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on motel operations, including financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Working Conditions:

- Interact with guests, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
