Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Customer Service: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all guest needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
