Business Intelligence Analyst - Speedy Glass

At Speedy Glass, we're committed to transforming the automotive glass industry through innovative technology. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving this transformation by analyzing and documenting processes, identifying business needs, and translating those needs into technical specifications.

This role involves working closely with business teams and technical teams to design and deploy effective Business Intelligence solutions. You'll be responsible for analyzing and understanding existing processes, documenting business requirements, and facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document existing processes and Business Intelligence needs.
  • Define and write documentation deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents.
  • Actively contribute to writing the Technical Requirements Document.
  • Facilitate and follow up on workshops and meetings with various stakeholders.
  • Analyze and propose solutions to Business Intelligence-related issues.
  • Analyze and document business processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the collection and analysis of data necessary for defining and evolving Business Intelligence products.
  • Manage the demand process from needs definition to change implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence.
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in BI business analysis.
  • Mastery of data warehousing modeling and ETL concepts.
  • Experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions in Microsoft environments.
  • Knowledge of SnowFlake and AWS SDLF.
  • Knowledge of the DevOps approach.
  • Previous experience in a Scrum team for structuring Business Intelligence projects.
  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, and teaching skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
