As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Hitalent, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our AI and ML teams to develop predictive models and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to derive meaningful business insights.
  2. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Data Modeling & Trend Identification

  1. Support the creation and maintenance of data models that enable deeper analysis and predictive capabilities.
  2. Identify and interpret trends and patterns within the data and present these findings to relevant teams or management to support decision-making.

Forecasting & Predictive Analytics

  1. Utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast future trends and outcomes.

Business Strategy Support & Competitive Analysis

  1. Collaborate with business leaders and teams to provide data-driven insights that support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  2. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to assess the organization's performance relative to industry peers.

Data Governance & Business Insights

  1. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
  2. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  3. Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
