Product Leadership Opportunity

Electronic Arts is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager II to drive strategic product initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for translating business directives into actionable goals and key results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and analytics teams to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with game studios to understand their business needs and drive collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Establish experimentation roadmaps and drive A/B testing to inform product decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and data-driven decision making.
  • Passion for product development and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $133,400 - $193,200 CAN Annually in British Columbia, and $161,100 - $239,700 USD Annually in California.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) or retirement plan.
