About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in program management, coaching, and administration to join our team as a Sports Program Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage programs and services to enhance player development and competition success
  • Provide technical and professional advice to coaches and athletes on game strategies and techniques
  • Create policies and procedures to implement programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Recruit and manage professional coaches and athletes to participate in national and provincial programs
  • Organize and administer training sessions, coaching clinics, and officiating events
  • Manage daily operations of the sport organization, including budgeting, fundraising, and sponsorship negotiations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sports management, education, or a similar field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in program management, coaching, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with soccer rules, regulations, and best practices
