Job DescriptionCommunity Manager

The Community Manager oversees the administrative and maintenance operations at Fraser Pointe 2, serving both Fraser Pointe 1 & 2 with a total of 360 residential units. Key responsibilities include managing on-site and mobile staff, approving vacation requests, addressing personnel issues, and conducting regular inspections.

The role involves overseeing housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and repairs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Additionally, the Community Manager handles tenant relations, rent collection, and tenancy violations, participates in fire and life safety procedures, supports budget preparation, monitors expenses and revenue, and maintains accurate records.

RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, building systems, and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leasing and marketing experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft Office and Yardi
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
