Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Ceragres. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process for ceramics, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and installation accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customers in a professional manner, providing expert advice on various products and services.
  2. Design and Consultation: Participate in the design of customer layouts, advising on product selection and installation options.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new trends and products, informing the Manager and colleagues of any relevant information.
  4. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions provided by suppliers, designers, and Ceragres on products and business processes.
  5. Order Processing: Prepare quotations and transfer them to orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  6. Client Acquisition: Develop new clientele through soliciting designers, networking, and participating in in-store design events.
  7. Order Fulfillment
  8. Process orders in the computer system (SAP) and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with customers to measure after-sales service and validate customer satisfaction.RequirementsCollege diploma in design or related field;A minimum of 3 years experience in customer service;Working knowledge of Ms Office;Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills;Excellent judgment, initiative, and organizational skills;
